About CWTP

 

Community Work Training Program, Inc. (CWTPINC) is a community based organization with a unique and effective approach to overcoming the recidivism affecting our community. The program aid residents in gaining and maintaining employment in the fast-paced, evolving workplace. Community Work Training Program and Florida International University (FIU) combined resources to foster a community work program which historically yields incredible results.

We have designed a 10 module program called "Career Enhancement Employability Path" (C.E.E.P.). The program initiatives reinforce basic skills-training in workforce Participants; -and in some cases it is a reminder –thereby, reminding Participants of basic principles required for working on a job. The underlying training give Participants the ability to take control of their lives as it pertains to enhancing and enriching their employability along with the personal skill-set(s) needed to stay employed
